The Process

Easy Steps

1. Go on and search for your ideal properties to view or call us or come visit us at one of our nearest offices to you

2. We will send the best estate agent that specialises in your criteria within 2 hours

3. We will show you a selection of properties that you selected with a smile and others we can recommend

4. Select the property you want to buy 

5. Make an offer through your agent who will try and negotiate the best price and terms

6. Choose a notary of your choice or we can recommend one for you and set an appointment for a promise of sale or konvenju in Maltese

7. Pay the 10 per cent standard deposit which is either kept by the notary or by the seller

8. Pay the 1  per cent Stamp Duty

9. The final contract is generally carried out within 3 months in which we meet again with the notary

10. The balance of the selling price is paid

11 The balance of the stamp duty is paid

12. You must pay the notary

13 Your notary will register the sale with the lands department
